We stayed in the Master Junior Suite Ocean View, Adults Club for 5 nights. The room was spacious and had a nice view, which was great. However, the air conditioning wasn’t the best and occasionally made it uncomfortable. The decor felt a bit outdated, but it was clean. We didn't spend much time in the room, so overall, it worked for us.

The beach offers stunning views with soft white sand and clear waters, making it a great spot for relaxing. The grounds are well-maintained, providing a beautiful tropical atmosphere for guests to enjoy.

The quality of the food needs serious improvement. the buffet often felt like a sad attempt at American-style dining, lacking fresh and flavorful options. Swimming in the sea can be challenging due to a rocky shoreline, which may not be ideal for everyone. Additionally, the constant presence of souvenir sellers within the hotel area can be quite intrusive, creating an uncomfortable shopping environment.

On the flip side, one manager was a buzzkill, refusing to let us join tables for our big party. Also, the rooms could use fresh upgrades. paying $18 for a box of band-aids felt a bit rough.
